The Packaging:

Oxy sent me a couple of items to review which arrived, rather disappointingly, in a empty Bourbon box. I was quite excited as it’s not every day I receive what looked to be a really nice one so when I opened the box I was left a little disheartened.

That said my spirits (see what I did there!) were lifted when I noticed that my review items from Oxy had arrived. The Claws penis plug was sealed in a discreet silver, resealable bag with only a sticker of the company name on it. Great for people who don’t want the postie to know what they are delivering.

Inside there was the Penis plug which was in another sealed plastic bag, a company card with a discount code for future purchases and also a black drawstring storage bag to keep the product in which was a nice touch.

The Claws Penis Plug:

The Claws penis plug is made from medical grade stainless steel which is completely body safe. It is 5.9” in total length of which 5.5” is insertable and features a repeating pattern of coves and beads, the indentation of the cove and the extrusion of the bead are equal giving a well balanced look. The width at its narrowest point is 0.2” and at its widest is 0.3”.

At the top there is a ring for you to place on your finger which to me looks like two dragon claws and there is also a large O-ring that can be used by yourself or a partner to twist and turn the plug during use. It weighs in at approx 61g and the claws ring is available in either silver or gold as per your taste.

In Use:

To be honest, putting something down your pee-hole isn’t the first thing that a lot of people look to for their sexual pleasure. For myself it certainly isn’t my go to form of play but I have previously enjoyed the experience with a Urethral Sound set and some E-stim penis plugs.

Holding the Claws Penis Plug in my hand it did feel quite heavy to me and running it through my fingers over the bumps and ridges felt very nice and gave a good indication of what it would feel like in use. The craftsmanship is perfect with no blemishes to be found though I did find the claw ring to be a little tight for both my index and middle finger. Fortunately as the steel here is quite thin I found that I could bend it out a little without distorting the shape to make it more accommodating.

With a heavy dose of my water based lube of choice I coated the plug and began the slow descent down a hard shaft. Having done this a number of times I still to this day cannot accurately describe what that feels like, short of peeing or ejaculating backwards. Using the ring to hold the penis plug steady and not just let gravity do its work I slowly inserted it.

The cold of the steel is noticeable straight away and there is a gentle taper that opens you up before reaching its maximum width. As it slides down you can’t help but be aware of every bump and ridge of its design and I have to admit that felt fucking amazing. So much so that I spent a lot of time just slowly sliding it up and down and little else and just enjoying the tease and this is certainly my favourite way to use it.

I also found that sliding it in and just letting gravity hold it in place as I pumped away at my cock with my hand to feel really good if not a little bizarre, particularly as the weight can really be felt at the base of the shaft. I found that inserting it and just using a bullet vibrator on the top to cause the penis plug to vibrate worked though not as well using it in unison with something more powerful like the Hot Octopuss Pulse 3 Duo. That was a sadists wet dream! Cleaning afterwards is simple as well, some antibacterial soap and sex toy cleaner, a little warm water and leave to dry before placing back in its storage bag until next time.

Conclusion:

As I said early on in the review, urethral play is not really my go to masturbation activity and it certainly isn’t for everyone, though I always recommend trying it. But I have to say that I was shocked with how much I have enjoyed my time with the Claws Penis Plug and the intense orgasms I was able to create while using it.

In reality it is a very simple product but it’s strength really is in variety of ways that it can be used either by itself or in combination with other toys. For $28.90 it is very well crafted, body safe and if you are into urethral play I highly recommend it. If you are new to this type of play it is a very good product to start with.
